Attorney Hamrock is a solid experienced lawyer. We set goals and not only did he meet our goals but exceeded them. We were pleased with his service.

Aaron Hamrock was the best Attorney that I had ever dealt with. I got a favorable outcome with my case. Never thought I could be so satisfied with service.

Charged a flat fee of $3500 for less than an hour of work. Didn’t do anything more than I could have done myself, or the public defender. I’m positive the public defender would have done better. 0 communication, unless we called them. Actually received mail signed by the judge from the courthouse before hearing anything from them. Absolute waste of money. I thought the $3500 was a retainer or I would not have paid it so yes that’s my fault, but don’t make the same mistake! 1000% don’t recommend

We sought out Aaron Hamrocks help and he brought us a favorable outcome, considering the circumstances. Amanda was always on top of keeping us updated and communicating the next steps. Our situation lasted over a year, but even during the toughest times we felt confident knowing we had them in our corner, representing us. If you need not just a criminal defense attorney, but a team who will hear you, fight for you, and guide you through your difficult time, then look no further.

Justin Putney demonstrated a level of professionalism that went well beyond what was necessary. He was available via telephone each time I called, articulate, and showed a clear understanding of the legal process from the start. He worked to ensure I was out of custody in a timeframe that exceeded all expectations. His calm, direct approach and dedication to the case made a difficult situation far easier to navigate. I highly recommend him.

Aaron Hamrock took my retainer before I was formally charged, did nothing, wouldn't return calls or emails. When I was charged, I asked for the retainer back so I could hire someone who actually returns my phone calls and he he would only give me 25% of it. Hire literally anyone else..

Justin Putney Did nothing for me just took my money and that was basically it. I asked them to contact someone and they said they did not have the number but i gave it to them and they still said no. I would have no charges against me if they would have actually done something for the amount of money i spent for an hour of there time.

I hired Justin Putney as a defense attorney and it was a big mistake. He is extremely unprofessional and will use your desperation to his favor. He will tell you about how he used to play football with Lucas Sterbick and how they used to work together when he was an intern and has a great relationship in getting a favorable outcome, but it's not guaranteed, which is completely understandable. He will tell you that if you have any questions to email him and he will get back to you in a couple days. After you sign the contract, his ambition and charisma is gone. After I signed the contract, I had sent him an email, I didn't hear from him for over a week, and he wasn't the one who made contact. I had to call multiple times, email, and I eventually just went to his office to have my questions answered. He did a great job of making it seem like I was micromanaging him......even though he was the one to reassure me on his communication priority. There were multiple occurrences of Justin saying that he was going to talk to Lucas the next day and then a week would go by and I would check in to find out he just completed the task. In that situation, Justin loses more and more credibility, just be honest with your clients, when its found out that you have essentially been procrastinating, the faith in you diminishes. Keeping your clients up to date on their case is a part of your job description. This might be unconventional, but let's use Game Theory to analyze this entire experience. Game Theory is defined as - the branch of mathematics concerned with the analysis of strategies for dealing with competitive situations where the outcome of a participant's choice of action depends critically on the actions of other participants. The moment that I signed the contract, I had already lost. There was no part in the contract that held Justin accountable for his actions or lack there of. All he has to do is "his best", he can't guarantee a favorable outcome and that is completely understandable. What should not be acceptable is ignoring your clients. Especially when you look at communication being a major part of a lawyer's job description. After signing the contract, if I had become the squeaky wheel, he doesn't have to do anything about it, he can ignore it and do the bare minimum. From the moment I signed the contract he held all the power. Let's bring Justin's relationship with Lucas Sterbick into the analysis. When Justin first told me about this prosecutor that he knew and worked with, I thought I was going to have a good outcome or at least an upper hand as Justin made it seem like he had a continuing open dialog with Lucas. What I didn't take into consideration was that when making a deal on my behalf, would Justin really push the envelope with getting me the best deal and as a result would reflect a poor conviction rate for Lucas? Or would Justin make a deal that would benefit Lucas more than his client to keep a positive relationship? Your public defender will probably do a better job with your case, I wouldn't use Justin Putney/McCarthy & Hamrock as my last resort. A true test, will be how quickly Justin or McCarthy & Hamrock responds to this review. McCarthy & Hamrock are just as accountable as Justin, as they saw it fit to hire him, and his actions are a reflection of their character.

Got me out of a serious marijuana production on state land with not even hardly a slap on the wrist. Rob handled my case. If you are a first time offender with a felony marijuana charge, I would totally recommend working with Rob. I talked to a few dozen attorneys and the only two I had confidence in were Rob Larson and John Jordan from Boone. I went with Rob, as John doesn't travel anymore. I didn't ask a lot of questions, as I trusted the process. The outcome was more than ideal.

After working with Rob Larson I had a great experience with this law firm and even referred close relatives to Rob, then I had a personal injury case come up and Greg Landry managed to completely ruin my experience with this law firm. In the beginning with Greg while he was collecting everything he needed it really turned into me getting everything he needed for him. I had given him records that he then asked me for again when he actually started working on the case. After months of doing whatever Greg wanted with very little updates throughout the process we finally came to a close which was all great until this point. I was still getting calls in regards to my medical bills after the case had closed. So I tried getting in contact with Greg for weeks calling into the office once or twice a week to never hear anything from Greg. Two of the receptionists had informed me for weeks that were leaving him notes but still, I never heard anything. Clearly he does not care about you after your case has closed. So another week rolls by and I have still been getting calls about my bills so I call and ask what time Greg will be in office so I can just talk to him in person because clearly calls are not working. This surprisingly got him to call me! During this phone call he proceeded to say I was threatening him for saying I wanted to meet him in person and then threatened to CALL THE POLICE on me! All I was looking for during my weeks of trying to get in contact with Greg was something that could have been handled in a 5 minute phone call. Instead I was ignored for weeks and threatened by someone I trusted to have the police called on me. I was hoping to have talked with the partners about my situation but I never received a phone call back after the receptionist told me she would talk to the partners and have them reach out. I feel sorry for the other members of the staff as I had a great experience with everyone else I had dealt with. I would highly recommend staying far away from this law firm.
