Very unprofessional explain my case to her and she agreed and made it seem as if we had a case after speaking to Alexandria she said she was going to reach back out to me and never did instead of saying no she kept feeding me on saying she’s going to call me back !!! if yall want somebody that’s serious I wouldn’t recommend

Attorney managing my cases left the firm. Now I have two ongoing cases with no support after reaching out, and was sent the bill. Little action was done on the cases prior as she said she would get to it-but never did- but now its starting to be too long after waiting several months, and now I have no POC. Do i need to find a new attorney? Will the things she said she would do get done? Feels like I'm just a client lost in the grey space.

Absolutely horrible when it comes to communicating!!! I have been trying to reach Amy since last week...after she told me she would get back to me by Friday regarding obtaining counsel....she never did! Finally I spoke with her today and she said the "Attorneys are at trial this week" well it takes two seconds to pick up a phone to call me and let me know what is going on! Then she had the nerve to tell me "The Attorneys pick and choose what they want to take on!" What Attorney wpuld possibly say NO to a paying customer!?! She then proceeded to tell me that I should seek counsil elsewhere!! Very rude and unprofessional for a big law firm like this one!!! I'll take my money elsewhere!!

We retained Susan Stone. After 8k in attorney fees and she didn’t attend a single IEP meeting, we discontinued our request for services. We paid over 8k, requested her billable hours be reviewed by the Principal partners, they supported her billings and subsequently let her go.
