What can I say about Joe McCartin? Joe is a bull dog! Joe worked with me trying to get me the best outcome after a life changing accident while I was working at Mayo Clinic. (They may be voted the best hospital -with good reason - and are always on the cutting edge of medical breakthroughs-but they do not treat their employees very well.) I had to have 4 surgeries because of this injury and had a claims adjuster who, lets just say, behaved very badly. But Joe kept at it, even at times wanting to give up myself, he would not back down. This is the guy you want on your side!! He really is the best attorney you could ever ask for!!
