I do not recommend this lawyer at all. It’s been over three years. I’ve called her firm to ask about my case and I have got nothing from no one so I do not recommend this lawyer go to someone else

Called multiple times left multiple messages just to be told to fill intake form that they're never going to respond to so if your case is time sensitive don't even waste your time with this law firm

After growing up having an isolated childhood with negligent parents, I always wondered what playing peekaboo would be like. Thankfully, the McCarty legal team gave me an approximation of that feeling with their communication, leaving every 3-month-late reply to my emails saying they were “working on the case” and would “get back to me” filling me with genuine surprise and excitement, much like the plot twist in a good book. Over those two years I worked with Jennifer I wondered “will Jennifer get the milk? Or will it expire before my statute of limitations?” And that thought superseded the angst and pain that was originally brought about by my unlawful termination case. Thanks McCarty legal! I only had to email the office receptionist a copy of my contract to prove I was a client once and, when I requested Jennifer call me back, they asked for my name. I responded “Ben Esgar” and they said, “ok but which one is your last name?” Very thorough work! In all seriousness, this one star review is to symbolize the reader of this review, not the firm; for you, dear reader, are the one star of your case and you deserve better than McCarty Legal. I would rather have my life depend on a trial with Judge Judy presiding and my jury be comprised of the hyenas from Disney’s “Lion King” than work with Jennifer again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I contacted the office on February 12th of 2023. I submitted my paperwork within 24 hours after receiving a document to fill out. I called back two weeks later , and I was told they were working on it. Today, I contacted them. It still hasn't been looked at (even though it's been TWO MONTHS) and and I was told I should just "look elsewhere for an attorney." If I had received a denial in a timely matter, I could have already done that. This was a total opposite of what I read on Google, and I am very disappointed with this firm.

I would HIGHLY recommend Jennifer for any legal issues. Not only was she extremely professional but she was my lawyer, therapist and ended up being a friend to me when I needed it most. She gave me advice and answered any questions I had while going through my cases.There was never a time I questioned her or was left in the dark. Even though everything has settled I still keep her card with me and have given her information to friends, co workers and anyone who has asked for legal advice. Even during the pandemic she still checked in on me and my family. 10/10 stars. I appreciate everything she has done to help me throughout the years. She went above and beyond. I cannot put into words how thankful I am for her.

Terrible experience! I would highly not recommend. Did nothing she told me she would do.

*Firstly let me say that NO, we're not related as we share the same last name. * I would 110% recommend Jennifer to anyone who is seeking legal help in her area of expertise. My experience in having her work so hard on my case has been nothing short of invaluable, priceless, appreciated and blessed! She did a remarkable job at getting my case resolved quickly as possible with results that she was confident she could get and absolutely delivered on! You can not go wrong with Jennifer. She not only works hard for you , but she is there with compassion for you, and walk beside you through the entire process taking great care in her clients concerns or just explaining things throughout the process. Should I ever need another attorney for anything in her expertise, I will always call Jennifer McCarty!

Inquired about the law services that are clearly offered on their website. Received an email response from the administrative assistant that they don't handle "those types of cases." I'm not sure what they do at this law firm but it isn't what they say they do on their website. Pathetic and sad really.
