Mr. Hodgkinson is an alchemist. He turned lead into gold. A while ago, I was involved in a situation that threatened my freedom and my chosen profession. Another attorney might have sought to plea. However, due to his skills, there was no plea bargain. Through multiple court appearances, the entire case was dismissed with an expungement order. If anyone ever needs excellent representation, then I recommend him most highly. I cannot thank him or his firm enough for their representation.

Very poor communication and feedback regarding our case movements. Very frustrating to constantly ask for updates, without answer. Seems as if our case was very minor (low value) so that not much effort was put in, nor interest.

It seems like I maybe an outlier here. Communication with Daniel was difficult for me and responses were often delayed even with multiple emails or phone calls. I felt as though they knew it was an easy case so I was put on the backburner. We did get the desired outcome, but I placed this lower scoring due to communication and not properly setting up expectations. The worst experience was a court date where I wasn't informed that my normal attorney would not be present and waited over 4 hours not knowing when representation would arrive at court. Every other case was heard while I waited, and they almost closed the session. Another attorney from the office arrived at closing to ask to be seen at another date (a wasted day for myself/my vacation time). What was more disappointing was that Daniel was not open to my feedback. I think he was confused that I didn't like that he wasn't there, but in reality it would have been fine if I knew what was going to happen. Instead the day of was filled with frantic calls from myself trying to figure out what was happening, and feeling anxious the entire time.

Dan was able to help us successfully navigate a very confusing and intimidating juvenile legal system. His experience and expertise gave us confidence and ultimately we were able to get our case dismissed entirely. This firm is worth every penny.

Dan Hodgkinson is a great lawyer. He's STRAIGHT to the point with zero BS. He has excellent communication and even when he couldn't appear, McCullum filled in and carried his weight.
