contacted this law firm a few days ago seeking legal representation for a time sensitive matter. I spoke with a representative who instructed me to send photos of my documents so they could review the situation and determine the cost and scope of legal assistance needed. I promptly sent the requested information and fully intended to retain this firm, so I did not seek counsel elsewhere. Unfortunately, my matter was not treated with urgency. After sending the documents, I experienced repeated communication issues including unanswered calls and texts, being sent to voicemail, messages left without response, and even having calls disconnected. As a result, I lost three critical days that I did not have, which significantly impacted my ability to secure legal representation in time. I am disappointed and surprised by how this process was handled, especially given the time sensitive nature of the situation. I cannot speak to the firm’s legal abilities, as I never progressed beyond the initial inquiry. However, if your case requires prompt attention or immediate action, I would strongly recommend considering other options.
