Very disappointed with this firm. The very first time I ever let an attorney handle an MVA and I was far from impressed. I've successfully negotiated MVAs for others with much more abiguous fault and injuries more successfully than these guys did for me as well as negotiated far better rates with the providers. Additionally I figured I would give them an opportunity to show me the first time was just a fluke and tried to contact them about a personal injury that actually hospitalized me for 3 days and left me with a permanent health condition but they had no interest in helping me. A slip and fall because I'm too stupid not to step in a spill? Oh they'll take that. A diagnosed long term medical condition caused by negligence and improper education from a company that does personal training? Nope. Guess they are nothing more than mediocre ambulance chasers. Better call Saul, not McCormick. Update: 20 Sept 2021 Cagney McCormick asked me to contact him about my experience. I did. Twice. He never responded.

I was very pleased with my family’s settlement they handled the medical bills and other insurances with excellent outcome, however they are very poor at keeping their clients up to date or quickly returning calls. Twice before my attorney called me back I had to tell him my next call was going over his head since he was not answering or calling me back. I shouldn’t ever have to do that. I asked if even no news he could just call once a week with an update that isn’t too much to ask for considering your firm gets 30% of our settlement?
