They are very nice

My case is almost 2years old. I reached out to the man who is handling my case and he told me my check was mailed to me on the 29th of January here it is March 1st and still no check. And now he won't even answer my calls. Frustrated and wish I had done the whole process differently. Would not recommend this firm to anyone. My case happened May 2024. Awful!!

my attorney made me extremely uncomfortable making advances towards me. bad communication all around and they abandoned my case because the other party didn’t have insurance. entire process was a mess from the beginning and i don’t ever want to work with them again.

My check from the vehicle wreck was delivered to McCormick Law firm on June 27th and I still have not been issued my portion of the check. How many others are in the same boat?

Mccormick Law Firm goes above and beyond for their injury victims whether it be physical, emotional they are there with you every step of the until a settlement is reached. I highly recommend this Law firm, I love the fact there is always someone to answer your questions and you're never left in the dark about your case. Customer service was impeccable. Do not recommend this Firm if your case requires any effort on their Part. Very in experienced case Manager that will not respond for weeks due to possible lack of training. Prayers for better coaching for the staff and thankful that a more reputable and competent firm is assisting me now..

Communication with my case has been excellent. They were very helpful with helping me secure medical treatment. And my treatments have been very helpful in recovering from my auto accident.

When another law firm dropped me. McCormick picked up my case with open arms. Got me back on track with better and more effective doctors. It took some time, which these types of things tend to do. I was awarded the full policy limit, as I was expecting. I will use McCormick law firm again.

Please do not hire them. They failed at communication between me as the client and them as the attorney. I decided to seek different consul because of this and they are trying to still charge me as if I did something wrong. The attorney I was assigned to was Dallas Olsen. She was very rude, did not want to hear my side of the story nor sympathize with how I felt as the client. She was very hostile over the phone and made it seem as if I was trying to argue with her. Still in all, I thanked them for there service but unfortunately Dallas became upset once I decided to switch consul. Good luck to you all! Please take my advice.

The guys at McCormick are amazing. They were awesome at providing the updates and walking me through the process as things happened. They were a great team, but I was glad to have them on my side.

I do not recommend anyone to use this firm they are strictly about money will not represent you they way they should takes forever for Them to respond you will end up with barley anything from your settlement ! Never again !

The Mccormick law firm was as a Godsend to us. Elliot Harlos was our attorney and we seriously could not have been more pleased. He surpassed our expectations. Very little was required of us and he handled it in a timely manner. We were kept informed about our case and the settlement was more than we expected. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Extra shout out to Derrick Long. Got me a few grand more.. Got rear-ended in oklahoma with no health insurance, firm helped me from chiropractor to hip surgeon. Settled for maximum. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you.

Worst law office in my general opinion. I used Thadeus Brzozowski as my attorney at Mccormick Law firm and I could say he has the worst most unprofessional communication skills I have ever seen in a lawyer. I called multiple times to my lawyer and associates and who ever else they proved a contact for. I would never get a response until I called a week straight everyday and finally got a response back The following week. Never once did he reach out for an update , I had to reach out. I had problems with the assistant attorney not answering also and he supposedly talked to her about how it was wrong and needed to be corrected , but I can see where they get the lack of communication from. Mr. Brzozowski is a GREAT example for that. I wouldn’t recommend this law firm!
