McCormick Law Firm

This firm is the worst I've ever seen, a total lack of respect. They never answer the phone, their work is terrible, and they eventually abandon the case without accomplishing anything. They wasted a year and a half and left me high and dry because they're not prepared to go to court. We, their lawyers, for example, Dallas Ollsen and his assistants—even worse, Lucia—recommend you if you have a car accident so you don't waste your time and lose your compensation. Scammers and mediocre, good for nothing!

If I could give zero stars I would have. I totally feel like I got messed over big time. I was in a severe accident. Lost work. Wished I just fired them and went with another attorney. Got less than 5 k for an accident which at the mediation the woman who basically destroyed my life in the accident admitted something that even the mediator laughed at. I had to basically do their job just to loose my vehicle and got no money at all. Should have went to other my intuition when they kept loosing all the documents I sent. The paralegal was incompetent and rude. I actually blame myself for not firing the and going somewhere else.

I was told they would not take any money if they didn't win. Yet they did and I had to remind my lawyer I signed to only receive 25 % yet he had taken 331/2 %. The lawyer did go back and change it. Yet I felt they really did not fight for me because Murphy's told them no about receiving the camera. Because it would have shown the reason why I fail at their store. Anyway the lawyer with drew the case and took the percentage from what was given to me for medical cost. I just felt uncomfortable about this because I thought it was only if we win the case. Maybe I am wrong but they should be more specific we are going to take something from your medical cost. Please make that clearer because I thought if you didn't win yet how would they know if they never pressed them for video. The good LORD knows and see all. Maybe this is something lawyers have been doing for years where they know the entity will give you something so they take from that small portion and leave the client confused and disappointed.

Impossible to get a hold of case manager. They do not treat you like a human. You already have to take so much time off of work to go to the doctor that you can’t pay your bills. You get a specialist appointment scheduled for over two weeks In the future and they don’t respond to the specialist so you take Another day off of work to make sure you’re in town to go to that specialist and that appointment gets canceled at the last minute when it’s too late to be at work making the money because of them ineptitude of the attorneys

I would not recommend this law firm to anyone\I reached out For assistance, after my incident was behind on bills and couldn't even get a 1200 loan i have received a eviction notice. Going the process now11/18/2025.. call anyone but mccormick law firm

They got me a settlement then never sen me the check and any questions I’ve asked I have been ghosted. Do not use this law firm

You asked me several times to leave you a review and I'm only doing it now because of the text this morning saying you were done asking. I didn't want to leave a review for you because I have nothing nice to say about this law firm. I was appalled with the service you did not provide, you bounced me and my daughter around from person to person "supposedly" handling our case. You did not fight for me or my daughter, we both are still in pain from and me most especially. I was supposedly to see a spine specialist per my doctors request, and you MADE me stop treatment before I could get in to see him. I still have unpaid hospital bills totalling over $21,000 that you guys never even took into consideration. In my experience with your firm I regret ever hiring you, wish I could have fired you, and wouldn't recommend you to even my worst enemy. I should have used someone off of a TV commercial or billboard ad instead of your firm, I pray that you do better for your future clients because you truly screwed me for the rest of my life

Good Law firm, they handled my case in a timely manner. Won & got my settlement.

Worst experience ever with a law firm. My lawyer- Cole blatantly lied to me yesterday stating my medical bills were requested two months ago from a clinic I’ve build a good relationship with over the last six months. When I contacted them today, they stated they had not received any request for medical records. Two months have passed and since there’s been no follow-up from the law office with the clinic - nothing has moved with my case which opened in July last year. Since my case has opened there’s been little activity and no initiative taken from the attorneys or their staff. I never receive calls or updates. I have to reach out to them every time to communicate and request a status update. I would not recommend this law firm and would not use their services ever again!

They have been handling my case for four months now with little professionalism and follow through. I don’t receive updates unless I call. The attorney handling my case has made a lot of empty promises to get further information and get back to me but has failed every time. I would never use this firm again and I would not recommend. You are better off settling directly with the insurance company rather than giving them almost 40% when they are not working in the best interest of you as the client.
