I contacted McCready Law because after reading the reviews, I figured if anyone could firmly tell me if I had a case, it would be this law firm. I had a spinal cord injury after going to multiple hospitals for help due to a missed epidural abscess that caused paraplegia. I asked them for a review of my clinical documentation after being turned away from another firm and wanted a second opinion and needed representation for my case. As a Masters prepared RN working on my Doctorate as well as having my MHA and MBA in Healthcare Leadership, I am not ignorant and know healthcare very well and I know I had "red flag warnings" for the standard of care that should have warranted an MRI during my visit to the second hospital. Regardless of requesting a review and being able to supply them with my entire chart from each hospital (so no work on their end except to review the documents), they declined due to the "time that has lapsed." Its been less than 1 years (9 months to be exact) and I only have 2 years to pursue this. This place is good at giving excuses. Others have said they are lazy in their reviews? I'm apt to believe that considering I just wanted them to review my complete clinical documentation that would have been given to them with no work on their part and take the case if they felt their was one seeing what I see in this potential case. Crazy they just declined. Would not recommend this law firm to anyone looking for a review of their clinical documentation to see if they have a case and need representation from them for medical malpractice.

⚠️Im only giving one star so that I can write a review. Let me say this, #1 I thought I was hiring Top Dog and come to find out its McCready Law Firm! Yes, dumb on my part for looking past the red 🚩(FALSE ADVERTISEMENT) ⚠️BE AWARE ⚠️ STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM⚠️ This law firm lacks communication, compassion, lacks ethical business practices and thats enough to say no to this law firm. McCready law have negligent attorneys that will potentially have your case possibly collecting dust that has legal malpractice written all over it. Save yourselves some time because you hire these guys it will cost you time wasted and much more. Their lack of silence, lack of updates is the very reason I lost trust in them. If anyone who have experienced major issues with this firm I advise you strongly consider filing a complaint with the State Bar and/or seek a new counsel to protect your case. Make sure that you document every call and via text or email to McCready on the assigned attorney to you, when they do not respond back. Its important that you keep it for your records, it will help with the complaint with the State Bar. Do whatever is necessary to protect your case. Its your right, and if McCready Law don't care you should care enough to do it for yourself. Oh and I must mention that they beg and buy their reviews🚩 Stay away from this firm🚫 There will be a Fb going up about this Law Firm McCready Law⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

I have called the office several times, whether it's for an update or for information. While my case manger is not always available, I have spoken to several of the young ladies who answer the phones and out of all of them Jessica Ward seems to be the one to always be in great spirits, always willing to give me as much information as she can and always seems to have a positive attitude.

This law office McCrary Law Injury attorneys are phenomenal. Liliana Garcia is her name but I'll call her Helpful kind, understanding pleasant. Ms Lily always return my calls as time permitted i must say she is a very busy lady but she did not let that hinder her from returning my calls answering my questions and making sure i understood everything that going on. Lily showed concerned even though it was through the phone, you know when you get that feeling that everything going to be alright, that's what she give me. Beware those positive reviews you see are FAKE these are literally the most lazy not responding nobody knows anything ppl I’ve ever seen.. They have had my case for over a year and 3 months with no clear communication of what’s going on with my case.. don’t waste your time n energy with these unprofessional people.. JUST READ THE OTHER COMMENTS IT’S THE it’s not bots or disgruntled ppl it’s horrible lawyers… this is exactly what happens when businesses become too big to care about their clients

I was in an auto accident and provided all my information, medical records and insurance information for the defendant. My case manager Zachary was responsive at first, but then completely ghosted me after multiple attempts to get in contact. I provided everything needed to proceed, yet after months, I received a letter saying they will not take the case even though he said it was an easy win. I did not get any clarity about why it was dropped, nor did I receive any response back on the situation. It was overall very unprofessional and disappointing.

Very professional and informative. Walk me through the entire process, no question was too big. Or too small. They did a great job with highly recommend them.
