I am working with Mcready on a not at fault car accident that happened in July. I know things like this take time, but I am recieving absolutely 0 communication. My case manager has reached out 2 times in the past 7 months. I tried to reach out several times when I completed my treatment program in December. I gave up. The case manager called me a over a month later and said Ms Laouini I just got word you have completed your treatment. ( I am a guy). The portal still says I am in the treatment phase. I am overall very concerned my case is not receiving the attention it deserves. Also myself as a person am a little upset I am recieving no feedback. I very much hope the attorneys are diligently working towards the best outcome for myself and case. I hope there is just nothing to report, and I can alter this review based on the overall outcome. :/

McCready Law has been very helpful and understanding and I appreciate the hard work that goes on behind the scenes.

I've been pleasantly pleased with a previous outcome hoping my next and current case will have the same outcome as the first time.

I’ve been dealing with McCready since April 2024 after a fall at a Big Box store. The communication has been horrible. No return calls from lawyer. No information in over 3 months and this isn’t the first time. The doctors i was referred to were also not paying attention or of much use. I had one good representative Gina who communicated a little better than the rest. Most of the time I didn’t even know who was handling my case. I was told to leave a 5 star review some time ago and I would be put in the running for a $250 gift card. I guess that’s how they get the high ratings. Still no case settlement so I can’t really make this my FINAL review but frankly unless I get a LOT it’s not going to change. I would have done better settling out of court and moving on.

Horrible staff , and just doesn't communicate, never cared about the client just there check. They really over looked my case many times and did not get a settlement worth for my medical and surgeries that i payed for .......

Absolutely the worst law firm ever, they don’t return calls have little to no information on your case the doctors they use are unprofessional nobody returns calls . When I asked for my case manager, supervisor no one never calll back. The doctors they use canceled appointments same day . They don’t do enough investigating of they claims they are taking. I have missed Several days of work and after 6 months they said nothing could be done. The commercials are false advertisement . What a waste of my time Absolutely horrible experience

I am currently in the midst of a personal injury case and will provide a final review and rating once the case has concluded. My current score is based on the difficulty I have experienced in contacting my case manager. On numerous occasions when I have called, I was told she was busy and would return my call, but the follow-up did not occur.

First I would like to say that if you are a federal employee (like I am) it is hard to find a law firm that will represent you. My personal experience and from what others have said, the Dept. of Labor is so hard to deal with that most lawyers do not want to bother. With that said, I finally found Stephanie Leet, partner at the McCready Law Firm. She specializes in federal injury cases and in no time had my case and denial being reevaluated. I was in severe pain and had a low quality of life due to an injury I sustained in the line of duty. I was denied surgery that I obviously needed. Soon after she took my case, I was approved for surgery, and not only that, I was approved for procedures that were recommended but the Doctor didn’t think would get approved. Mrs. Leet also gave me tidbits of information about other aspects of my case to help me, which proves that she is well versed in federal law. From the beginning I started a monthly payment plan to pay for their services. When my case was finished I received a large refund for time that wasn’t used. Not only did they provide excellent service but they were honest about their time and the cost. I’m not saying that you’ll receive a refund when you use McCready Law, I’m just saying that they have integrity and will return what they don’t use. IMPRESSIVE!

If I could give zero stars I would. after an accident they contacted me at a time when I could not talk. Was told I would recieve a call back first thing the next morning. 3 days of calling them and never a call back or able to have a conversation with anyone. Don't use a law firm that doesn't have time for you.

Called and spoke with Daniel about a case I might have even thought they don't take my kind of cases he still helped me with info I could use to find a lawyer & he was really nice if I ever need a lawyer I will be calling McCreadylaw 🥰
