I checked every site I could and can’t find any warrants or traffic tickets

Reported mvba to the FTC. Mvba contacted me first by text then by postcard that I had traffic fines and if not paid I would be compelled by arrest to do so. Scammers! If I have traffic violations and court fees/fines it's news to me because no municipalities have contacted me in any manner. Also, it's BS putting this on a postcard where everyone at the local post office in my small town can see it.

Scammers. I received a “Notice of Outstanding Fine” from McCreary Veselka Bragg & Allen, P.C., Attorneys at Law, alleging a past due fine from the College Station TX Municipal Court. (I have not lived there in over 10 years.) I contacted the College Station Municipal Court directly and was told I have no past-due fines and that the municipal court does not work with or contact this law firm. Do not call the number on these letters. Always verify directly with the municipal court using a confirmed phone number.

I received a text from them about delinquent traffic tickets I do not have it seem legit because it comes as a code - I will not call the number back to even check -Professionals will not text you

Excellent resource for used car businesses and title loan shops. It can be hard to collect on predatory loans sometimes because desperate people in tight spots just can't be trusted. With MVBA that doesn't matter! Once you've squeezed the last drop of cash from your vict.... customer, they can help you turn a profit because, even at their lowest, a typical targe... customer usually holds on to a car before they finally sleeping under a bridge. Who needs to invest their own money in used car inventory when you can leverage the misfortunes of others? Wish I could give 6 stars!

SCAM! If I could give 0 stars, I would! We recieved a Notice of Intent to File Tax Foreclosure Lawsuit. Basically they are saying we owe $1000 in property taxes for Guadalupe County. This is a LIE! Our taxes are paid from our Escrow and our mortgage company confirmed we are completely paid up. Our mortgage company also connected us with their legal team and they are paying to represent us in a lawsuit against these crooks. Hope your ready! Scammers!!!

I was a client here trying to get more money from several people. This group promised me the world and failed to get me any additional money. Don’t fall for their tricks.

I live in Oklahoma, and I receive monthly threatening violation notices about unpaid fines from this entity. It's a scam. Never been to Sanger, TX in my life.

it's a scam! got a fake warrant paper called the county and confirm there was no warrant! Beware!

FRAUD!!! They sent me a letter last June 2024 stating that I owed a fine from 2019, a fine I had already paid, so I decided to ignore it. Two months later, they sent me the same letter again, saying the same thing. I had to go in person to the municipal court where they issued me the fine to see what was happening since I had already paid. To my surprise, I did have a fine that they never notified me of. I decided to pay it so I wouldn't owe anything at all. My balance was down to $0, so they sent me the letter again, now with the total balance owed, which is the exact amount I paid. I don't understand what they're gaining by sending this again and ruining people's days. But it's no problem. I have proof that the balance has been paid. I'll contact you when I can to see what's going on. STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE!!! 😡

Sent me letters that I owed money for delinquent payments on my property. Checked and everything was paid up to date. Scammers!!!

SCAM! Got a mailer saying I had a warrant for a minor ticket out of Rusk from 9 years ago! I've been pulled over recently, I'm sure the officer would have mentioned it. Also, I checked Texas Dept of Safety, I have no record.
