Everything was very smooth they took care of everything from the very beginning and communicated with me every step of the way!!

My experience with mcdivitt was wonderful. My attorney was Aaron Kennedy and man was it nice to finally have someone to be my voice and fight for me. I had already had this case open for a long while and everyone was telling me I needed an attorney cause I kept falling through the cracks (thats what the nurse case manager told me before mcdivitt). Anywho they took my case and Aaron understood what I needed. My case manager was Jessica godsoe and she was just as amazing. Always answered my calls and lots of questions. Bless her for being so patient with me through the whole process. I finally after almost 2 yrs was able to close my case and get my settlement. Leah riutzel was also just so nice. Everyone who works there had such an empathy and understanding. I hope to never have to go through this process again but if it were to happen, I'll be back. There's no one I'd want to represent me then these lovely humans. I will always recommend mcdivitt cause mcdivitt saw me and heard me.
