This was my first time dealing with anything on the legal front, so I was really nervous about it. But everyone that I interacted with was incredible helpful and wonderfully kind through every step of the process. Even Miss Bailey at the front counter was incredibly welcoming and kind through every interaction. They kept me up to date on everything and explained the details I couldn't wrap my head around, there's nowhere else I would go!

I wish I could say something positive about McDivitt Law, specifically Joel but this is a pathetic law firm. I have not sued any before but I know people that have and they never had a lawyer like Joel he sided with opposing counsel he told me to take what ever they offer , and it was a very low offer he said that if I went to court I wasn't going to get anything so after waiting almost 2 years with no income I just settled considering my injuries and my career was over because I drag my foot, I had to retire early with only half of my benefits. You can't walk the iron if you drag your foot it was very devastating.very unprofessional and don't believe their ad " we won't let you settle for less than you deserve"" not true.Joel was intemimated by opposing counsel he kept asking why she was so rude to him how would I know.she was a rude Lady. Joel was also interrogating me .I don't recommend McDivitt Law!.

They helped me win a workers' compensation case, and they were a huge help, always attentive to every detail. They are truly excellent people.
