The entire team at McDonald & MacGregor Firm - were and are nothing short of fantastic. Honestly, it was hands down the best experience I've ever had in any service industry. From the start, Atty MacGregor was empathetic, made time to understand what happened, explained the whole legal process, and gave updates throughout. In my situation, the business at fault for injuries had such minimal insurance it was unlikely I would receive any settlement. Despite knowing this, and that the firm could not possibly make a profit as so many other cases would - Malcolm and team still worked and fought creatively to find something for me. Which should not have been possible. But they did - and it honestly blows my mind still.
