He will spend plenty of time with you to prepare for trial, the whole central virginia knows the name Sutton, if you are in jail just say Sutton and you will be told to hire him. If you are lucky enough and the judge appoints him Pro Bono he works just as hard. I got lucky once saved some money. Wins WAY MORE than he loses.I also just read an article his firm was chosen top 10 in Richmond by some company that ranks legal offices. The cost is what you get. Do you want to have a cheap lawyer that's going to make excuses on filing bond hearings and appeals since it costs more or do you want to pay a little more and when you lose your first bond hearing you see Sutton already headed to file an appeal pissed off before the case is finished? (Disclaimer Sutton never lost one for me before until now and I didn't get bond bc of my actions not his skills nevertheless he had a bond appeal before we left) Hope this helps

duval was hard to contact, gave evidence that I didn't do it, officer didn't have anything on me and zero proof, licences suspended for 180 days plus a fine, asked him what I was supposed to do and he just said "looks like your walking" didn't even try to show my evidence and was just from the start thinking I was guilty and did the crime, told me volunteer ontop of highschool, part time 30-40 hours a week, and at the start of the case I was in fire academy. due to the outcome of this case, I have been kicked out of my volunteer department after being with them for a year and I have a ruined record, don't know about the other attorneys but duval couldn't even remember how to say my name and couldnt even remember what I looked like, wish y'all luck

Dannie Sutton was very clear on what I had to do leading up to a court date for a traffic violation. Was well known by judges, officers and other lawyers in the courthouse, and got the charge dismissed in about 2 minutes. Highly recommend.
