It been over 6yrs years and nothing yet keep getting different storys went I call haven't talked to my lawyer over 2yrs just talk to to who answered the phone told something be done by August of 2024

I've been in tears with disblief!!! For Years now! I'm extremely disappointed with this Law firm!!! The first law firm Riech & Binstock told me that McDonald Worley would work on my IVC filter case.( I signed the paper work with they're advice)! This was in 2022, mind you Riech & Binstok took my case 1/16/17 😒 Since than it has been Terribleeee experience! Rarely any communication, there's times where I couldn't get anyone on the phone! Let alone answer a email! I'm not astute in lawsuits and such, all I know is I have a device in my body that shifted out of place! And was told that I would receive compensation for this incident. I'm on disability and have very little money to live on! I've prayed, hoped that there would be a resolve in this matter! That someone at this firm with heart n compassion, that would finalize my case... I have NO confidence any more in lawyers and firms!!!! You just can't trust anyone!!!! You're just treated like nobody! I TRULY REGRET USING THESE FIRMS! PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST! BEFORE YOU SELECT AN ATTORNEY! 🙏🙏😪😪😪💔💔

I spoke with Diana Tamayo and she was very helpful in answering all of my questions. I appreciate the timr she took out of her busy schedule to accomodate me. Thank you Diana!

It’s been a long road. Since that 8oclock evening I had called in expecting a voicemail or answering service. Mr Worley answered the phone. 8 at night ? And the owner ? Already impressed. He took the time to explain my situation, said that he would have a team member call me first thing in the morning. Trina, Michelle talked to both, handled my questions professionally, and with a genuine concern for my well being and we began the process. Tbey both were excellent. A couple years later I was told that Diana Tamayo would be taking it from here. With apprehension of starting over, and catching her up to speed. I was already comfortable and confident in Michelle and Trina. Assured Diana would take care of me I agreed. Diana Tamayo. Has shown me compassion, kindness professionalism. A call or email back even if there was nothing to say. She still took the time. She’s talked me down, many time assured me and was positive. Gave it to me straight even if it’s something I didn’t want to hear. This first gets as many stars as there are in the sky. Thank you. Looking for to be done with this. But not the reassuring phones calls for this great team. Thank you David Small

Lawsuits and payouts take time - I feel that a lot of the negative reviews don't understand that. I've been pleased with the work that McDonald Worley PC has done, one of their members, Adrienne Haney, has been incredibly pleasant to work with and was very understanding when I was delayed in sending them paperwork that they needed. I'd recommend them for whatever service that you need. The only piece of advice that I would offer the firm is to be a bit more communicative with your clients. Again, I understand that processes take some time, but the occasional "Hi, we're still working on your case, here is the step that we are in and we anticipate it to take roughly x amount of time" would go a long way to making clients feel that their time isn't being wasted. Beyond that, they're great!

I have been getting the same lame replies from them since September. No offer documents were sent to me as promised 7 months ago. While all litigation procedures take time, I have not appreciated just being ignored and put off instead of honest answers. I cannot wait to be completely done with these people once and forall!!! Do NOT RECOMMEND at all!!!!!

I wood have to say that as far as good people to work with and talk to and with every one I talk with has answered every ?? That I have ask the best the could and took time to make sure I understand what I have ask it take a little longer then I hope but it just part of it it take but so far I wood I would recommend them to my friends and family ( Diana Tamayo) thank u for keep in touch with me

Have been giving us the runaround with changing dates for payout on a class action settlement (and changing documentation requirements) for over a year. I almost feel like it's a scam artist more than a law office,

I'm not completely understanding this particular part of the process!!!
