I have found Crystal to do what she says she is going to do, when she says she is going to do it, and in a highly competent manner. Based on my interactions with her I would be surprised if she didn’t hold all of her team members to the same standards. Not everyone can rise to the challenge of high standards. And in my experience, only people with truly nothing better to do in their lives, personally attack other’s online.
