I was completely disregard by the secretary in this office. I called Tuesday trying to get some type of direction on what to do with a proof of claim form that I received and the secretary took my information and stated she will call me back. I decided to call them again to get a status since it has been two days with not a returned call. There was no record of my called from Tuesday. No one new what I was talking about. Didn't even attempt to understand the situation. The secretary assuming I was married to the other party. Terrible customer service skills.
