While my employer tried to play games and drag it out and I was going through hell the team worked hard to prepare my case and eventually getting me a life changing settlement. Brutal communication from the paralegals and attorney representing what should have been a slam dunk case.... I was T boned by a drunk driver at 11:30 in the morning in a brand new car, I was literally driving it off of the dealership lot when hit. Half the time when I spoke with my attorney, he didn't know about my case and was talking to me about the incorrect case at hand.... I was also often given documents to sign right that we're not even reviewed by the paralegals or the attorneys before being sent to me for signature. Absolute nightmare!!!

I am a single grandmother can find in a wheelchair 85% of the time due to a car accident I was represented by this firm actually still working with this from what's my case settled back in September you can never get in contact with your attorney now they're coming up with different terms than what the original contract I signed they're adding on all these costs they're telling me I'm getting nothing even though I am sick and disabled and have nothing already homeless due to dealing with this law firm left to my own devices when I reached out to them they would not speak to me properly I was called you people are more than one occasion and even now they are trying to destroy the little bit of sanity I have left I was amazed at the types of things I experienced in the hands of this law firm I've actually reached out to several different other factions to see the proper means by which to handle this I'm going to have to go to the state judicial ethics committee but this has been a trying hardening taking a toll experience on my physical my mental my spiritual my emotional I would never want to have to use this law firm for anything else again and it hurts my heart the way that I was treated and racially profiled and told basically to my face with the phrase you people and isn't this good enough for you people 😭😭😭 are anyone working with this law firm keep praying to God and keep your head up regardless and I'm praying that he helps me to handle this situation in a proper way

My situation is still early in the process but regardless I want to say this firm is going above and beyond for me and my situation. They are the only firm out of 4 that has even agreed to look into my case. From my initial consult with Sharon to my communication with Kelly thus far, I am beyond impressed. Took quite some time to actually speak with an actual person. Whenever I'd attempt to call I'd be transferred to a continuous ringing line and then the call would just drop. Eventually I was able to speak with someone. They were highly communicative when gathering information regarding my elderly mother (who has now passed). Some weeks later I was told they couldn't represent me. I asked if they could provide details on why so that I could be better prepared to connect with another law firm. I never received an answered. For obvious reasons, I do not recommend.

They can careless about miscarriage victim. They reached out about the Norwood/Delco landfill toxic case then I responded but my condition is not horrific enough for them to make money off it.
