I submitted a contact form online regarding an employment issue and also a follow-up email detailing my situation. I never heard back on either one. Even if my situation didn't qualify as grounds for legal action, a response expressing regrets would have been appreciated. In my opinion, no response at all is discouraging for potential clients.
