Horrible customer service. Wont return phone calls and barely knows their job. After 3momths of nothing, i had to do my own investigation. Only thing the lawyer has done after taking my money, is write a letter.

Jon backed is not responding to multiole calls. Holding on and not finishing up an estate.

Left VM and never even received a call back.

Hate to say it but they but I seem to need a lawyer often and they are always able to help.

I retained the services of attorney Erich M. Grant to help with a speeding ticket. As a CDL-A holder it was imperative that this be handled correctly. This was actually the second time Erich handled a speeding ticket for me. The first time was in town with the city of Minot & now with Ward County.
