Love love love! Kent Linda and Wyatt were all amazing! Process was lengthy as any law suit but they handled everything very nicely and won that case! Super helpful during deposition after never doing one before. Definitely will keep them as contacts if ever need in the future (hopefully not) but also will refer family and friends too! I was in the middle of hassling with my insurance company in regard to my car being a total loss vs fix and I possibly get stuck with obtaining a salvage title/rebuilt title. I literally picked a couple numbers out from my google search. It was on a Friday afternoon and on Monday only 1 of the 2 firms returned my call. After providing Sindy a recap and uploading my conversations, policy, and estimates by Tuesday. By mid-morning on Wednesday, I had an email from Mr. Kent McGuire, providing me with a bit of advice on how to deal with my insurance company. They estimated the car on 7/16 as of 8/7 no work had been performed and BMW was preparing their 3rd supplement. Makes ZERO sense. 3 weeks and counting on a nightmare situation. On Thursday I emailed my insurance company what Kent suggested. Within 3.5 hours of hitting send on that email, I received a call from insurance stating, my car was just deemed a total loss. This would not of happened if I didn't reach out and Kent didn't have his office follow up with cold callers like me. lol It is nice to know there are great professionals out there who still care about the little people, who do not have the attorney lingo or know the reports to ask for. For taking maybe an hour of combined time, he graciously followed up and pointed me in the right direction. Thank you and your staff again, Mr. McGuire for still genuinely caring about not letting the corporate giants take advantage of the little people who do the right things to protect themselves. I was struck by a car as a pedestrian in March 2024, and reached out to McGuire Law a few days later. They made the process smooth and practically hands-off; I had to fill out some paperwork in the beginning and from there they handled everything. It was a long process - about a year - but they managed to get me a settlement that paid my medical bills and then some, the maximum amount that the driver's insurance would pay. They were even able to get reductions in some of the bills, which was much appreciated. Everyone was professional, courteous and communicative. I recommend them highly!

I called this law firm for assistance and was very disappointed, the receptionist was very rude ,talking over me , you're in the wrong profession . You're the first point of contact for this buisness and it's very sad that they have someone there that's rude and very unprofessional . This lawyer acts like he wants to help and wants you to send in all documents. Upon sending in the documents, his paralegals didn't properly read the documents to show the information. I attempted to explain to him but he yelled and hung up on me. I called back and he said your claim isn't enough money for me and I will not help you. He wasted weeks of my time when i could have found another lawyer that would have actually helped me. stay away. Find someone who cares!

Hard to say the ability as a service, however, the website says free consultation. It speaks on assault injuries and the depth to which they may be involved. I did not get past the "screening" and I'm assuming that's because they could not chase after expenses I had incurred to get payment for themselves on a settlement or judgement. This does not change I was an assault victim and was not given a chance to talk about the case if one exists.
