I cannot say enough about this law firm. I brought my mom in to handle her social security after my dad passed away. Mr. Durkee took care of my mother and made her feel relevant and also made sure he had an interpreter from spanish to english. I have since sent a few of my friends and family to Mr. Durkee. Mr. Durkee has handled workers compensation and motor vehicle accident cases for a frend and cousin. He has a caring, compassionate work style. This firm has an easy to find location and handicapp parking which came in handy for us. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

I hired Paul Durkee in Aug 2021 because this firm has good ratings. My former attorney before Paul made a mistake by not filing a case appeal and left me hanging a year. Paul found this appalling and promised he could help me. After signing the dotted line it was difficult getting confirmations of the paperwork I was sending in on a timely basis. I would have to call to confirm receipt of my documents because I felt my emails weren't being received. I was on a conference call with the firm and a government agency Nov 2021. The firm never wrote down the name of the woman we were speaking to, throwing the case details into a spiral. For 9 months this attorney and his staff told me my case was 'Pending'. Not only was it NOT pending, they were lying to me telling me they 'had a back end system to check the status of my case' when I called the government agency myself and was told the case was cancelled 1 month after it was filed. The attorney didn't tell me it was cancelled due to their error. They didn't tell me they missed the appeal, just as the other attorney did to me a year prior. SHAME ON PAUL DURKEE and his staff. No apologies, no correspondence, follow up or explanation as promised. They also refuse to give me my case notes which is against the law. This firm has also been reported to the bar association for failure ethics catastrophes. This case affected my life. They don't care.
