**update on the initial review** I won my case! Not thanks to this law firm or Mr. Griffith! $10,000.00 paid to this law firm and I received the following, An awesome display shortly after Mr. Griffith received a lump sum of monies. Followed by text messages left on read and his voicemail. Not another amount of legal representation including any notice of withdraw to related parties. I did receive a printed copy of the initial transcript months later from the front desk, that was nice of the office to at least respond. I offered to pay additional monies and still was ghosted. In summary the attorney Mr. Griffith provided excellent representation at the board hearing. However his lack of professional etiquette after the initial hearing cost me dearly. The hearing held on February 28th, 2023 concluded. April 2023, the administrative complaint was filed to report to the DBPR the ruling on the hearing. The initial filing by the local enforcement body was inaccurate and very misleading. Unfortunately a legal time limit restricts your ability to contest this file and once passed you have no legal means to challenge what the filing says and therefore are guilty. This means you can’t contest or challenge the charges filed and can only challenge how severe the punishment results too. The proper etiquette from any legal council whom offers effective legal representation would have been to see the filed order which should provide the facts of the hearing and confirm the charges or legal verbiage is accurate and formerly withdraw from case. However if the charges listed in the filing from the hearing are inaccurate it is your legal responsibility to file a motion to contest the filing. After this motion is filed council may withdraw from case with proper notification to all related parties. Unfortunately, this did not happen. After paying $10,000.00 the charges were cemented in stone and my license was revoked as I missed my opportunity to contest the order from the hearing due to the time restraint. The actual hearing was not disciplinary and it was a denial to an application. Multiple attempts to reach out and rectify were not met, and time is very limited in number of days. Thankfully, I adapted and overcome the legal challenges which began in 2023. A detailed explanation along with evidence is attached to solidify my review. How was a high school drop out like myself able to take over this legal disaster, and take my case all the way to completely dismissed and not even found in my record, but this law firm couldn’t be of any assistance to prevent the legal disaster from transpiring from an inaccurate filing from the jurisdiction hearing that they represented me at? $10,000 and i received 15 hours. Agreement was to represent me for the hearing, so if charges filed to the state occurred and claimed to have occurred and voted on during the hearing you were present at never actually occurred nor voted on you have the legal obligation to file that motion. Strength= very strong trial attorney! Weakness=anything retroactive to the moment that door closed behind him including the outcome of the hearing he was present for. 1st photo shows the reason for the hearing and the outcome of the hearing. Which didn’t match up with anything that occurred during the hearing. The county inaccurately filed the results of the hearing. Kevin didn’t do anything knowing this. 2nd photo shows the case ‘win’ that i had to pursue myself including overturning the governments initial filing that was inaccurate AFTER the time to contest the filing expired and i learned i was now guilty of the entirety of the filing with no legal recourse to challenge it. 3rd, 4th, and 5th photo prove what occurred during the hearing. Which was denial of application, and revocation of a local competency card no further action and not disciplinary (under oath by jurisdiction) 6th and 7th photo document the god awful recount of my experience because of this law firm and Mr. Griffith and tells my story of what happens when you do not receive effective legal representation.
