Mr. McKay was referred to me by my business partner. He gave me a call and a pro bono “consultation” over the phone to give me some guidance on how to deal with a tricky landlord. I paid for a consultation with another attorney a couple weeks ago and gained more out of this 10 minute phone call with Mr. McKay than I did in that 30 minute paid consultation with the other attorney. He is direct, so helpful, and doesn’t give you the classic, copout answer of “I need to read your lease first.” I will definitely be hiring him if things escalate with my landlord!
