Stay away!! They had my mother case for 3 years, when it was time to go to court, they decided to drop our case and no other law firm would pick it up because it was too old. David Tirella is the worst lawyer ever!

If I could give 1 star I would. This law office held onto my case for 17 months I asked 2x to drop them when Janice talked me into staying then the last time I asked to be dropped they sent me a letter and basically told me it was now to late to sue if I chose to with someone else. This tactic with law offices need to stop. Them holding onto my case for that long instead of allowing me to seek other counsel is horrific. Seeming at that point I signed paperwork to be under McKeen & Assiciates. If you see other reviews, the same has happened to others from this establishment. I continued to ask if we missed any deadlines, I asked if I needed to do anything, they wouldn’t show me any paperwork or confirmation that they reached out to experts, I questioned a lot of things from this law firm with just pure distraction. Took months to get calls returned or follow up or follow through. Medical negligence you only have 2 years in Michigan. This was in regard to my 14 year old passing. No justice! Within 6 months they should know if they have a case if not they should release you from legal obligation!

When I initially contacted a lawyer about my daughter's case, they took her information and said they'd follow up. After waiting 1-2 weeks with no response, I talked to another lawyer. When they finally reached out, I had already moved forward with another attorney, and they closed the case. Now, due to new developments, I need their help again, but they're refusing to reopen the case and help me out.
