Teresa McKeethen prepared my estate plan recently. I am widowed for the second time. My kids and grandkids live in cities far away. I live in Evansville, Indiana. My mother’s recent death demonstrated to me the absolute necessity of having an Estate Plan in place that would stand up in court.
