Ms. Henderson, (Assistant?) to Attorney McKenney relied on erroneous information from a third party and stated I had a case open in court. Surprised, I asked her what was it? She stated she could not tell me. Went on to tell me about a case that never existed and refused to allow me to speak directly with Attorney McKenney. Upon viewing "Pacer" there is a person with a similar name with Several Bankruptcy cases; however, clearly, it is not me! Left a message for Attorney McKenney to please return my call; however, with caller ID apparently my calls are blocked. I was seeking counsel since the Defendant reopened the case from 2016. I personally think Attorney McKenney would be appalled in the way potential clients are treated. Found Another Excellent Attorney!
