She handled all communication with various agencies regarding hospital bills and insurance companies. It really took a load off of our shoulders trying to handle this situation regarding the accident. We highly recommend the services of McKenzie and Synder.

It has been four years since this firm took my case, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Throughout this time, communication has been minimal and inconsistent. Calls are rarely returned, emails go unanswered, and when I am able to speak with someone, I am given vague information without clear documentation or proof of progress. I have specifically requested a signed copy of my original contract multiple times and have still not received it. After four years, I expect transparency and proper documentation, and that has not been provided. In my experience, Matt Hammer has not communicated thoroughly or been accessible regarding my case. Phone calls are not returned, and there has been little direct communication from him. Additionally, when I asked for more information and proof regarding the status of my case, Jennifer was extremely rude and condescending in her response. As a client seeking clarity — especially after four years — that type of treatment is unacceptable and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before hiring this firm.

Jennifer is an amazing paralegal, she kept me informed the entire way through my process. I was never in the dark on anything related to my case. Jennifer always returned my calls and corespondents. She has a great sense of humor and was always pleasant to talk to!!!

They are nothing but Scammers , who have left me with medical debt . And in pain after a car accident that was not my fault . They Have confused my cases with others in the past. Did not care about my well being . Only care about money , won’t return calls over the almost 4 thousand dollars in debt they’ve left me in . Do not use this company to represent you in anything . Everything I’m saying is honest . They refuse to return my calls and have given me nearly a 5 month run around about medical debt that was supposed to be paid in full! Scammers ! They made more money then I did off of my pain and suffering .
