I really wanted to take the time to tell Jessica thank you for all the hard work she has done for me and my family through the divorce process. I was so lost on where to even begin, Jessica reassured me through every step. She took the case into her hands and allowed my mind to rest. Jessica Tucker handled my divorce. She did an amazing job. She got me an amazing separation agreement that the ex was not happy with at all.

My divorce was the best as could be expected. The communication was slow in the beginning. My ex-wife stretched it out longer than the one year I was prepared for. Once we finally got to mediation I felt I was advised well but the pace was slow. Once we mediated the first time and saw she was being unreasonable then I knew I was being advised well! I know I made some concessions that my lawyer and financial advisor were not comfortable with but I just wanted it to finally be over. After two and a half years, we were able to get it to court for 2-3 days of a fight. We were prepared and my ex knew she was not going to get her way. It was over in an hour! Thank you Jim and staff for making this process thorough and complete. I am totally satisfied with the outcome.

I do not recommend Ed Anderson. After charging me over $40k in litigation fees in my child custody case, I was left almost bankrupt after my divorce. As a victim of domestic violence, I do not feel he advocated for me enough in York County family court hearings, where judges Thomas White and David Guyton repeatedly ruled in favor of my ex-husband, a former military officer.

I am extremely grateful to Jim Tucker. Jim is an experienced knowledgeable attorney. I came to Jim with an agreement my husband and I reached before he moved out. That agreement was eventually retracted and months later mediation did not find resolve. Going to court was not an option either of us wanted. My husband decided to release his attorney. We finally reached an amicable settlement. Throughout all of the chaos Jim’s stability, advise and encouragement were key in reaching the resolution. We are now divorced and I’m good! I now look back with gratitude for Jim’s skills as an attorney but more importantly, gratitude for his kindness and patience with me. Thank you Jim! Great law firm! They fixed what my first attorney messed up. Even after years of my divorce they still remember me & there if I need them.

I want to be completely transparent and say that Jim Tucker is representing my estranged wife and not myself. However, I want to make it known that he is unprofessional and immoral. So much so I had no choice but to report his misconduct to the Supreme Court of SC. As I type this review, he is ignoring all attempts I've made in moving forward with the sale of the marital property. He knows that as long as he delays the sale of the home, I am stuck paying down the mortgage and HELOC on the property. He doesn't care about the financial burden this is causing me. He knows that my hands are tied because I can no longer afford an attorney to represent myself. Lastly, Jim Tucker copied a real estate agent on an email that included sensitive, personal communications between family members. Think about that. In my opinion Jim Tucker is reckless and deserves to be reprimanded for his actions.
