Laura mckinnon gets a 5 star review in my books. She did a fantastic job on my husbands case. And everyone said it would be a hard case to win, but she won it with great timing too. I appreciate her for working so much with us and being so organized and kind to our family. We just wanted to all say Thanks Laura mckinnon! Best lawyer hands down!!!!

Its mostly good experiences. Unfortunately I can't get their phone line to go through.

I made the mistake of filing SSDI on my own and because I didn't know all the laws, steps and rules I was denied. I retained Ms. McKinnon in the middle of my case. I know if I would have had her fighting for me from the beginning I probably would have won the second case before the first judge, unfortunately I was denied again. Ms. McKinnon appealed my case to the Federal court and my case was sent back for another trail. Thank God I had such an awesome Attorney fighting for me, because I won my case! I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again. Also, her staff is very friendly and professional. Thank you McKinnon Law Office!

I was treated very well and was explained everything I needed to know when I asked. She was very thorough in my case and we won last week after a few denials. I would recommend Laura McKinnon to anyone I know needing they're SSI or disability. She's a winner

McKinnon helped fight my son’s Autism case for two years. It was a difficult case with him not receiving a diagnosis until he was 27, but McKinnon was simply amazing. She fought hard and won our case.

Very Friendly and helpful

I was fighting my disability case with Laura McKinnon for 5 yrs and won. From 2020-2025 I was denied 3 times and the judge I had didn’t follow proper procedure for my denial so she took my case to the federal court and we won that case and the judge had to set a new hearing and redo my case. She didn’t give up on me not once her and her team pushed through and we got the big win. I appreciate everything they done for me because I didn’t have to lift a finger they done all the labor and manual work for me. So if you want to win McKinnon law firm is where it’s at!

As someone with significant mental health issues, I would strongly recommend against contacting this firm. Spencer was absolutely cold and borderline rude while dealing with me. Zero patience or care to the point where I literally panicked on the phone and couldn't accurately relay all of the pertinent information. I spent the next three weeks fixating on the cold, careless and frankly unprofessional phone call before receiving a letter basically saying I wasn't worth their time. I hope that neither Spencer nor anyone he may care for ever has to know the Hell I exist in. These people do not care unless you're a sure thing. Spencer doesn't seem to care either way. Beware.

Called to get a consult because I was hit by a big company and the other driver was at fault, figured they would want the case. Got a call a couple days later on 9/8 from Spencer asking me questions about my accident but he kept cutting me off and the interaction as a whole was off putting. Waited days and days to hear from Caitlin to help me get in a rental car because the insurance company was dragging their feet. Never heard from her. Ended up calling Caddell Reynolds and the attorney and his assistant called me back the same day and let me know they would get to work on getting me a rental car since I have a son. I got paperwork to be signed on as a client within one hour of calling them and speaking with the attorney about my accident. It is 9/21 and I still have yet to hear from this office. It is very disappointing considering Caitlin helped my grandmother with her accident and she was always contacted in a timely manner.

Everyone at McKinnon Law Firm is pretty much AMAZING!!! The people at the front desk are very friendly, and very helpful. I started my SSDI application from the front desk so I was never alone during this whole process. Barbie and others (sorry I don't remember everyone's name) walked me through every single step and listened to me , actually listened. They gave me advice and ensured me that everything would be alright. Ms. McKinnon is very dedicated to what she does, I'm not sure how she does it. She works long days and late nights for you, Ms. McKinnon cares, and works for what she believes in, just amazing... I don't have enough or the right words to thank her appropriately, she will always be in my thoughts. It was a long road but very worth it with McKinnon Law Firm.
