After what felt like an agonizing lifetime of talking to unenthusiastic, yet strangely and conveniently overly empathetic, intake specialists who would ghost us without explanation, meeting with Ian and Dustun was like landing on another planet. The first shock? Calling their office and having Ian (a partner) pick up the phone. I must say that this firm, is by far the best you could ask for. I was being strung along by another firm who really did very little for about two years... Anyways, I was referred by the Nevada bar who put me in touch with another firm who referred me to dustun and Ian... And when I explained to them my case, they were on top of things from jump Street.
