I used this law firm to handle a speeding citation, and unfortunately my experience was very frustrating. Communication was extremely poor throughout the process, and my case kept getting continued without much explanation. At their request, I completed an online driving course that took an entire day and cost money. Eventually, someone from the firm contacted me and told me my case had been dismissed and that I didn’t need to do anything else.However, I later received a letter in the mail stating that my license is at risk of being revoked due to nonpayment of the citation. This was very concerning and completely contradicted what I had been told. DO NOT RECOMMEND In response to the reply: The issue was not that the citation wasn’t reduced. The concern was that I was told everything had been resolved. If I had been informed that there were additional steps required, I would have completed them before receiving a letter stating that my license was at risk of being revoked due to nonpayment. For comparison, I previously used iTicket.law for a different citation and had a much smoother experience. The communication was timely and clear, the citation was handled without requiring an online driving course, and I received accurate updates throughout the process. Thank you.
