Mr McPhillips took our case and was paid in full. After we worked so hard to get the EEOC to approve us to go ahead with our suite he had his attorney to get a new job. At that time he became a very angry man speaking harshly and canceling our agreement. Left us with no attorney and 90 days during all the holidays to get someone. His reply was get someone Elsa or do it yourself. No refund and no kind words just very disrespectful with his harsh language and attitude.

This firm is doing a phenomenal job on my brother's criminal case. Andrea Hatchcock is one of his lawyers and she is very prompt, always let's us know what is happening, sends us documents as soon as they receive or send them to the court and is very personable.
