I am outraged!! This is the office where I have been treated the worst as a client. This lawyer disrespects his clients, calls them to yell on the phone, and I never received a satisfactory response when I called to inquire about my case. He doesn't allow his clients to speak, he doesn't listen, he just yells and speaks to you in the most rude manner. I would never recommend anyone go to a place where they are not treated with respect.

Never...Never. Hire this guy as your lawyer...He is dishonest. And will do everything he can to keep the money that belongs to you...he has multiple complaints against him with the Florida Bar Association.

Top notch! I first met Omar after a nasty motorcycle accident back in 2005, right away he put my mind at ease and explained the process and my rights. After a very short time he made sure I was given the compensation I deserved. Unfortunately I needed his services again in 2015 for another motorcycle accident, and once again he was there for me. Once again I’ve needed his services in 2018, and this man has come through again. Omar has treated me almost like family, and I’ve never once regretted the day I met him. If you need outstanding representation, Omar is your man.

Seemed to care on the first meeting and very aggressive, which I thought was good, but the rest of the time he was my lawyer was proof that he didn't care at all. I treated with my chiro for months, and then had a lapse in treatment (for personal reasons) and received a call from him chewing me out for it (only time I ever heard from him since I signed to be his client) and told me he would drop my case if I didn't go back - I went back and kept treating for months, when towards the end of my treatment I get a letter out of the blue saying he was dropping my case - no real reason in the letter, just a notice that he wasn't going to represent me. My case is not complicated, and the truth of it is that he probably wasn't going to get much money for it (even though he wasn't going to put much work into it either) and that's probably why he dropped my case - but I'll never know since communication with him is non-existent. I trusted him, and now he left me hanging, all in the wake of having to go into court for an examination under oath and towards the end of my case. Good luck if you sign on with him. If your case is going to end in a big payout, he'll probably will be great. If you're looking to just make sure your medical bills are covered, don't trust him - he'll leave you hanging.
