Very knowledgeable law firm!

Unfortunately after hiring one of the partners to assist in filing for a 501c3 he choose to stop communicating (months!) And did not do any work for us. Thankful the law office refunded me the state and federal fees that I paid to them. Very unprofessional and embarrassing for the rest of the staff I'm sure.

Neal is handling my grandmother's trust and has taken his sweet time. He got paid so why does he care if anything else happens? She died in 2016 and it took until 2018 for him to even work on it. He still hasn't finished it up and here we are in 2019. If you are considering using him for your estate and actually want your family members to get their share before a decade passes, don't use this guy. I'm sure he is a nice guy personally, but he lacks in the professional department. When you call his office to ask if he is working on it, he has his secretary lie to you and say he is going to charge you for every call you make and he'll get back to you when he is ready......whenever that will be. His scare tactics are illegal and he hopes you don't know the law. He'll take advantage of your kindness and conveniently be in "mediation" meetings every day of the week you call. This guy is either in the most mediation of any lawyer in history or he is bending the truth. Who knows what he does with your trust money while he sits on it. He is shady. We will be filing a complaint with the state Bar Association.

WARNING !!!!! Do not ever use this place it is pure garbage ! I jad them write up some very simple paperwork and he messed it up 2 times had me there 3 times and only seen me for about 10 minutes as a whole . This man then proceeded to tell me that my bill was $65.00 I thought ...well thats not bad at all. AND THEN IT HAPPENED.....A MASSIVE BILL came for work they did not do at all . I called, they refused to fix the issue and upon closer examination of the paperwork I had him write up, It was COMPLETELY WRONG ! I'm very unhappy with them and they could care less. How sad has this business become ??? Find someone else if you can. Best of luck to you all...
