We had a very positive experience working with Mehta & McConnell! I was in a serious car accident in January that resulted in a total loss of my vehicle, as well as a few broken bones and whiplash injuries, and we were referred to M&M by a trusted friend. The firm is small, which means you actually get face time with your lawyer (in our case, Viral Mehta), which I have heard is rare these days, and it is located in SouthEnd. Our paralegal, Mia, also frequently updated us via text and phone calls throughout the process. While it did take longer than we had expected to receive the settlement (about 11 months total), everything worked out well in the end, and Mia and Viral were very communicative, supportive partners throughout the entire process. I was assaulted before I got into my job. Many coworkers suggested to use workers compensation to pay my medical bills. The company told me that because the incident happened before I punched in, I am not elegible to use workers compensation. A few months later a friend of mine said, you should qualify for it. I started calling work compensation lawyers. Everyone said, you don't qualify because you didn't punch in. My last call was to Mr Vital. He said to me that there is an angle to cover me. Hired one of these gentleman for a worker’s comp claim. It went horrible, not only was I misinformed about what I would be receiving and the extra charges, he asked me not to cash the check until the next day when I finally got it! Look elsewhere, he seems more determined to talk about the weather with the other attorney rather than help me with my claim.
This person left a review using a username instead of their real name. They have not left any other reviews on Google. Our firm has not been able to any previous cases or clients that match the allegations contained in this review. No client has raised the allegations contained in the review directly with anyone in our firm. As such, it is impossible to determine if this person was even a client of our firm. <br><br>Since we don’t know the identity of the reviewer, it is difficult to respond to the allegations. Even if we knew the reviewer’s name, our response would be limited due to attorney-client privilege. However, we can confidently state that all of our clients are clearly informed of the attorney fee and potential case costs before they hire our firm. This information is contained in the contract for representation that the attorney reviews with the potential client during the initial consultation. <br><br>We are also unclear as to how our firm could try to stop someone from depositing a check which is already in the client’s possession, as alleged by the reviewer. In some cases, there can be a bank hold on a deposited check. That is out of our firm’s control, although it is unclear if this is what the reviewers is referring to. <br><br>We encourage everyone to look at our other reviews, most of whom were left by people using their real names. Those reviews demonstrate our firm’s commitment to zealous representation, client service, and consistent communication. All of our firm members are always available to discuss and resolve any issues that may arise during our representation of a client.

Originally getting employees to see for my injuries. But actually returned to work the next day and never took a day out. When it came time to go to my treatment today for treatment and I would have to scare you with my own time. Needless to say Missy Williams contacted Richard Patel in his associate. To copy LOL be careful as much after it came out I had retained an attorney suddenly my position has been eliminated, you would pay for a minute I shouldn't say your questions and phone calls continue for a while till they got the point I wasn't going with you anymore. In this story the couple of hours of lost time they would have had to pay me telling comparison to what the final settlement was. Thanks guys.
