Melton law will always pick up your call and or responds very quickly. Great attitudes and are extremely helpful and positive in these delicate situations. This is the third time I’ve rewritten this review. I initially left a 1-star review due to concerns about communication. After paying $4,400 to hire this firm, I made multiple calls to the office and asked the paralegal several times to have the attorney return my call, but I was unable to reach him. After the 1-star review was posted, William called me for the first time. During that call, he was very aggressive and told me he would not continue working with us unless I changed my review. During the conversation he also repeatedly told me that I was lying and that they had been communicating well. I asked if he had recordings of the calls so he could review them and see that my concerns about communication were genuine. After I told him I would change the review back to 5 stars, he apologized for his tone and said his business is “his baby.” I’ve recently met other people who have had DUI’s and was told with confidence that there are better lawyers if you’re gonna pay the price. Don’t hire Melton Law. This review reflects my personal experience with communication during the early part of the process. I hope the firm improves responsiveness for future clients so situations like this can be avoided.

Our probation officer mentioned that it’s unusual for a privately hired attorney to withdraw right before the final hearing. I understand withdrawals can happen in certain situations, especially with court-appointed defense attorneys, but for a privately retained attorney to step away at the very last stage after being paid in full left us feeling unsupported and uncertain about what would happen next. This review reflects our personal experience. After paying $4k+ a one-star rating felt like the most honest way to reflect our experience.

If I could give Melton Law more than 5 stars I so would. Willam and Tony are very knowledgeable, understanding, forgiving and very patient. I have had a extremely difficult case and I aint been the easiest to work with due to physical health and trama and they didn't give up on me which I am grateful for. If you need a bull dog to fight your case Melton Law is a choice you won't ever regret.

They provided me peace of mind after one of the most stressful experiences of my life. I have never had any issues with the law before, and Tony truly cared and handled everything for me. I had major anxiety after being arrested for a DUI, but Tony took care of the entire process. I did not have to attend the hearing with the DLD, and he managed everything so my license was not suspended. I was even reimbursed for the impound. Thank you so much.
