I came to these people for help with my dads estate while he’s in a nursing home, I'm dealing with this matter alone and I'm desperate for help, while the first person i talked to Nick was friendly and later had a meeting with everyone to go over everything, at first they told me during the meeting that their firm could help me, but it took them a whole business week AFTER having a phone meeting to decide that they cant help me at all and they only told me this AFTER i reached back out to them, they could’ve told me this before or during the meeting to avoid the headache, their advice was not at all helpful and the woman i spoke with on the phone was a little snappy with me, they also told me they would send me a list of resources for people who could help me and they never did During my experience, i was given the impression that they couldn't care less about my issue and wanted to do nothing but waste my time I'm giving 1 star instead of 0 because there's no option for 0 and Nick seemed like the only person who genuinely wanted to help me
