Not only is she a wonderful attorney, but she has answered several emails about other questions I’ve had over the years, long after my case went to court. For someone to continue to respond and remember you, that speaks volumes about her character.

This office deserves nothing less than a zero-star rating. Don't get me wrong, attorney Nataly is very knowledgeable and willing to help the community. However, her team is terrible. The assistant, Sussi, is a disgusting person who has no interest in helping others. Every time I call the office, she answers in such a contemptible manner and is completely unwilling to help me with my case. I have a case that's been pending since 2020, and even when I received an immigration letter, I wanted to speak with attorney Nataly to find out what it was about. When I called, I was met with Sussi, who just gives me the runaround and tells me she'll talk to the attorney about my case and call me back, but nothing ever happens. She never knows anything and never wants to help. From the bottom of my heart, anyone wanting to start an immigration process should find another lawyer because their case will be delayed, just like mine was, all because of lawyer Nataly's team. Believe me, if you want effective results and answers to all your questions, don't call here. They'll only give you evasive answers and misinformation.
