I used this firm when I sold my house. I was downsizing and it was a very stressful situation for me, however they were very professional and supportive which made the transaction very smooth and easy for me.

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst attorney! He will not respond to my attorneys emails or phone calls holding up money in escrow with nonsense! He has no recollection of conversations via email between my lawyer and will not respond to any of my lawyers emails subsequently ignoring proof of the conversations. I will end up having to take the buyers to court over nonsense because their lawyer is inadequate and unable to read an email or return a phone call. The experience has been so bad that if and when I sell my house if they use this attorney I will sell to someone else.
