Called them regarding a medical malpractice case that left me in a wheelchair. The "law professional/attorney" that I spoke with was the most unprofessional jerk that I've dealt with in years (and that's coming from a retired cop who has dealt with the worst of society). The person I spoke with basically wanted me to have everything ready to file a suit (all medical records, which I have already tried to get, something I was asking for assistance with since the hospital has been stonewalling me ). Really rude, unprofessional, lazy, or whatever other negative adjective you can think of. The epitome of an ambulance chaser who is just lazy.
