A person couldn't ask for a better attorney than Nate Cuoio. He is very knowledgeable, patient, tough when needed but also very kind and supportive. He gets back to you in a timely manner. Website claims they handle ssi and disability claims call this morning at 8:46am and the woman i talked to said they do not you need to update your website if you dont handle them any more

Very unethical. Do not use. One of their trust attorneys, Nathan Cuoio, disclosed information to a non-authorized, non-Idaho barred party at Voyant legal, gave incorrect information regarding another state’s law where he is not barred (California and Utah) and then claimed he and his client knew property pricing better than TWO licensed realtors in a court hearing. Further, Nate Cuoio stated UNDER OATH on a sworn document he served someone, that an officer of the Idaho Supreme Court later stated was false as there were no email or physical address listed where served. Further, another incompetent attorney or paralegal working here intentionally misused the Idaho iCourt system indicating electronic service completed to a party, where none was actually done, yet Nate Cuoio signed an affidavit stating it was done. The application developer, Tyler Technologies, and the iCourt administrator at the Idaho Supreme Court confirmed in writing service was not performed despite the certification of service containing an attorney Cuoio’s signature. Go get a real, professional, competent attorney in Utah or Boise, not these guys. If one of their attorneys has wronged you, make sure to file a bar complaint.

Mary Shea has been amazing! She and her team helped my sister-in-law w her divorce. Mary stayed cool, calm, collected, and respectful through the entire process. She does not stand for bullying. ** 10/10 would totally use her again! **

Attorney Nate Cuoio did a very awesome job helping in filling for permanent residency. He did all the paperwork very well and within months I received my permanent residency without any interview. He assured me and my wife that he never had anyone who he has helped before not getting there permanent residency. He was very professional with the paperwork and I would recommend him. My best friend used Mary and all I have to say is, the response time, accuracy, and professionalism of this attorney is pathetic and downright embarrassing. My brother was an attorney and currently a judge, so I have seen how a client should be treated in this situation. When a client wants excellent communication and timely responses, DO NOT use this law firm.

I hired Mary Shea as divorce attorney. She couldn't have done a worse job. She never returned emails. She was argumentative. Didn't listen to my wishes. Botched the whole thing and made it last over a year. I had to fire her and find another attorney to take over. She represents herself as a professional but she is far from it!

Hired Brandon Taylor and he seemed legit but as time went on (months) and as soon as the retainer was gone my wife and I would call once a week to try and find out if anything is going anywhere and we’re always told we’ll get a call back and nothing. Been try to get ahold of him for MONTHS now to no avail. Called a few other lawyers and got a free consultation and they all say the same thing, this is unprofessional and they would be keeping in contact with us. So sadly we’re out thousands and still cant get a call back from Brendon. AKA Deep magic.

I live in Alaska, Brendon Taylor respresented me in my divorce and custody case. Although it's still under advisment I feel regardless of the outcome Mr. Taylor did an amazing job representing Me and believing in me. I had little faith hiring an attourney out of state to help me bring my son home to alaska. He insured the other party did not portray me in a negative way which was their intention and did not need to bash the other party either. He stuck to the facts of the case and it went well ithought. I would recommend him to anyone with legal needs in the pocatello area and if needed hire him again without a doubt.

We had hired Mary shea for our case. The first appointment she was great seem like she would be as invested in our situation as we were. Sadly we were wrong. The second appointment was a joke she came in gave us paperwork and told his to sign after we read it that she was late for an appointment...I was under the impression we were also an appointment, and we had questions. Though her disregard for the appointment she made with us should have been a red flag we stayed. Over the next few months it became a disaster. We had what could have been a very easy situation become horrific because she would not listen to us, she made what should have been a simple processes a full out war. She wouldn't return calls or emails even though they were incredibly time sensitive and got irritated and snappy with us because of our persistence, on more than one occasion she made comments that let us know she was speaking directly to my ex, she sent me someone else's entries case when she was supposed to be sending me a rough draft with their personal info. This continued for over a year with no progress made. But the thousands of dollars she was billing us never skipped a beat. More times than not we found out our info from the repository and had to call continously to find out anything. It was very apparent that she was pro mom but didn't want to turn down a good client. Toward the end getting any kind of communication was damn near impossible even when there were hearing set until last minute or if we didn't need to be there not at all giving us no ideas what was happening in OUR case. I don't know if she had a personal problorth me that she never addressed and showed it through her poor work ethic, or maybe she was getting ready to retire and Just no longer invested. Regardless on the end I had all but lost, pair thousands of dollars and wasted time when I could have had an attorney who would have truly fought for me. Save your money and the heartache and go with an attorney who will honor there word, stand by there client and have a moral, ethical and professional standpoint to do right by you when she takes your case on.

Mary is a joke. She’s only concerned about making money off her clients. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone ever.
