My experience with this firm was extremely disappointing. My case was handed off to three different case managers months apart, each one asking me the same questions over and over instead of moving things forward. I was repeatedly asked to resend documents I had already provided, and months would go by without a single update. Whenever I called, I was met with “I don’t know” or “I’ll look into that,” but rarely received any actual follow-up. When the demand letter was finally sent, I was told it “wasn’t received so they’d have to send it again.” Nothing about the process made sense, and it often felt like my case was only worked on when I pushed for answers. Even worse, they failed to clearly explain that not all medical bills are treated as liens. Because of this lack of communication, I was blindsided with bills months after my settlement—bills I reasonably assumed had been covered. Why ask for every single medical bill for the demand letter, but then only pay lien holders when dispersing funds? I was never sent any paperwork distinguishing liens from regular bills, and as a client, I expected my legal counsel to inform me of such critical details. To top it off, even after the case was settled, it still took weeks for them to release my funds. This firm moved painfully slow, lacked organization, and consistently failed to communicate important information. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very professional and caring law firm. The entire staff is very friendly and caring. They walked me through the whole process, whole time I've never reached out to the firm because I had no reason to. They kept me updated as they were updated about my case. I never felt ignored.
