THIS LAW FIRM IS VERY NEGLIGENT IN THEIR DUE DILIGENCE AS WELL AS THEIR INTEGRITY. THEY HAVE ALLOWED MY VEHICLE TO RECEIVE A LIEN ON IT BC THEY HAVE FAILED TO DO THEIR DUTIES. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCEPTABLE, AND THEY ARE A DISGRACE TO THE JUSTICE SYSTEM. ALL THEY DID WAS TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, NEVER DONE ANYTHING THAT I'VE REQUESTED. I'M SUING THIS COMPANY FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, PAIN AND SUFFERING, GROSS INTENTIONAL MISREPRESENTATION, AS WELL AS EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, PUNITIVE DAMAGES AND COLLATERAL DAMAGES. THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO HAVE BEEN WORKING ON HELPING ME GET MUY VEHICLE AND MONEY BACK, NOW MY VEHICLE HAS A LIEN ON IT

Called for tax advice. The lady clearly hates her job. This firm does not have your back. They want to get you off the phone before you can even speak.

This firm is very UNPROFESSIONAL. They suggested to me to DROP LEGAL SHIELD for a full refund! Absolutely 💯 unexceptable! I would not recommend this organization under any circumstances. Legal Shield needs to get a new fresh law firm that does what they are hired to do. Not a DISCRIMINATORY organization that is afraid to properly help people. Sad organization

The absolute worst law firm I’ve ever worked with!!! Cancel your legal shield membership if they’re going to send you to this lawyer!!! Alex was absolutely no help!!! I wish there was an option to put no stars because don’t deserve any!

I am a Legal Shield member. I sought a consultation from Merritt Webb regarding a potential malpractice suit. From the very outset, the woman I spoke with was was rude, short and condescending. I was very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and compassion. Now reading the reviews, I see that I'm not the only one!

Notice the reviews for this law firm. It is obvious that they have zero interest in defending or supporting clients who are paying to have legal counsel. I am adding my review to the long list of others who have been disappointed. I've just had the worst experience. The legal counsel who fields calls for Legal Shield could be the most arrogant and rude associate I have ever talked to. Absolutely fruitless conversation. Unbelievable. Complete joke. Lower your expectations when calling for help. You're wasting your time.

I used a app service that connected me to this specific law firm. The experience with this law firm was very unprofessional delayed and lacking of knowledge when it comes to specific laws in the state of South Carolina. Not only this the assigned lawyer lacked competent within the area of practice. Lacking of proper communication between lawyer and client. .. this was definitely a complete disaster, dealing with this company/ law firm in general I advise anyone to get a second lawyer to review what lawyers from this location explain or state as being truthful or factual.. as well as doing your own research when it comes to specific areas of law.. so that individuals who are lacking of knowledge and unprofessional and delayed in response cannot argue a point that is not valid... Not only has this law firm been unprofessional but they wasted my money my time and my experience was very below poor if I could give them no stars I would.. I will be filing complaints on each lawyers in which lack knowledge and professionalism and communication when it comes to my specific request Hopefully, assuring disconnection or disqualifying of becoming a judge in the state of South Carolina.... They are some of the most incompetent attorneys. They are a law firm for LegalShield (don’t buy it’s a scam). They don’t do anything but give you referrals supposedly for 25% off. However through LegalShield they are supposed to write your wills, send letters on your behalf, etc. I called about landlord issue and had to argue with the attorney to get her to send a letter that was filled with spelling and grammatical errors; only to find out that she called the landlord behind my back and warned them. Made another call simply requesting a completed FMLA form be sent on my behalf due to it being denied before the doctors even submitted the paperwork. The attachment was rude and unprofessional. She immediately lied and said they don’t write letters like that. I literally want my money back for the full year I was dumb enough to pay. It is a rip off do not use the LegalShield service or Merrit Webb. I think these are attorneys that just can’t get work anywhere else due to their incompetence

Called this place to inquire about my issues and one of the attorneys was super RUDE!! I don’t know how LegalShield work so I was trying to clarify what she meant and she was very condescending. I don’t care if it is LegalShield or regular attorney payment the female should have had some type of phone etiquette. Rude behavior and defensive.
