Unfortunately got the same charge in 2 different stats only 4 months apart. I was not very optimistic about my chances on this 2nd one to be honest. But after hearing Kiana’s argument, I decided to decline the plea and give her a chance at trial in my appeal. It worked out! the officer never showed. Maybe he was nervous about the fibs he told last time, but who knows? The morning of trial I actually liked my chances with her and was confident walking in. The only thing I’m disappointed about is I can’t just use her in my case in another state as well😂 I don’t give out 5 star reviews very ofter. Even if I like something it’s 3 or 4 for me.
