This firm took my call and actually listened to my circumstances involving a complicated auto case that involves a medical malpractice component resulting from the injuries AND a legal malpractice. They understood what the issues were and agreed to look over my records immediately. We traveled to Philadelphia to meet them and they went right to work on my file. I am hopeful they take up my multi front fight for Just compensation for my injuries.
I requested a consult with this firm in response to their advertisement that they help you when you have been wronged by your attorney. They did not get in touch with me, although I provided all my contact information. I have no tolerance for false advertising. This highlights when a firm may be dishonest--or disinterested if they believe there is no big payout in the end. Move on to the next big talker.
If you have found this review in pursuit of an honest and reputable Lawfirm I can assure you that you do not need to search any further. Jack is without question the most honest and competent attorney I have come across in my many encounters with civil litigation. In the field of law I have found that all attorneys are not equal. Jack Meyerson and his team are the cream of the crop. Do yourself a favor and don’t make the many mistakes I did wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars on attorneys who talked a big game and delivered nothing. Instead invest your money with Meyerson and O’Neil and rest easy knowing you are represented by a firm that truly has your best interests at heart. Most firms over promise/ over charge and under deliver. This firm does the opposite. You have found the best now hire them and trust them to represent you! It will be the best decision you ever make!
Attorney Jack Meyerson and his colleagues did a fantastic job in a very complex business matter. He is hard working, talented, caring, focused, attentive and responsive. He is also very well informed and knowledgeable. Thank you Jack for accepting the role of my lead counsel. I am very grateful!
In my deposition he barely even talked. I talked more then him. My first lawyers quit right after the deposition and took my dvd with my X-rays with him. He sat there on his phone half the time. I waited to years to get only $5000 when I should have gotten at least $30k if they would have just fought for there client. These lawyers don’t care about fighting for you at all and I REALLY regret using them. If your thinking about using these guys go elsewhere. You will not regret it. Lawyers like them should not be around.
This is a case arising from a rear end auto collision. The issue in the case was whether the injuries claimed by client were sufficiently serious that they qualified for compensation in New Jersey. The client acknowledged at the court ordered arbitration that his injuries as a result of the accident were not sufficiently serious that he missed any work and thus he had no work loss claim. Indeed he never saw a doctor or sought any treatment after the accident so that he had limited pain and suffering. As a result, the arbitrators decided that his injuries did not qualify for compensation in New Jersey and awarded him nothing. We were able to obtain a $5000 recovery by threatening to appeal the arbitration. This was a contingent fee representation ; nonetheless we sent the entire $5000 recovery to the client and took no legal fee whatsoever.

Also Mister Lux does not understand that at a deposition the questioning is done by the defendant's attorney. All experienced attorneys do not examine their own client at a deposition and typically limit their remarks to objections to the form of the questions coming from the opposing attorney.
Amazing people! Very through, just A+ all the way!!
