Stephen Freedman is truly an excellent lawyer and urge anyone in need of an attorney to contact him immediately. He’s warm AND professional. Thankfully he represented me and I could not be happier.
Do not waste your time, they do not even listen. You never heard of me because your secretary was too rude and impatient to listen to what I needed. Too bad for your business to treat clients this way.

I am sorry you did not get to use our services - to be fair I don't think its fair that you disparage our many many years of service because of an unfortunate communication break down. Our receptionist has years of experience including working as a claims adjuster and usually is able to diagnose whether there is a "case" that we should handle. Please also note that my email is noted throughout our web site and we encourage folks to use our direct email services. Our over 35 years of practice kind of indicates that we know what we are doing and hopefully the rudeness was a one off. A direct email to me would have served better than airing your upset on line- but as they say it is what it is. Sorry!

They were nice and professional. Rachel was nice. The only issue i had was why they didn't tell me from the start they couldnt handle my case because it took place in delaware and I live in maryland. I ended up having to be transferred to another lawyer in delaware she recommended but still had to pay for her services even though nothing was really accomplished by her firm. The other lawyer really didn't do much either we were the ones living with the pain and suffering. And had to pay back all kinds of fees (workman comp and even medical bills) even when it wasn't our fault.because a 3rd party caused it. I guess insurance and owning property isn't enough to get what you are owed. $250000. Policy is all the other guy had to work with Ended up with barely nothing after paying everything back. Between the 2 lawyers they made out better then us. No justice for the innocent just pain for the rest of our lives. I would recommend you to others as long as it happens in maryland.
Thanks for your response - in lieu of your Google review that was published I need to point out a few things. First of all I reviewed the attorneys Distribution Sheet and it is very clear that you received a LOT more than our attorney fee. Secondly, the only monies that Rachel and our firm received was a share in the fee from the Delaware attorney. Third, as you will remember Rachel obtained your full PIP payment which went directly to you as.a reimbursement for some of your lost wages - we took no fee for that! Finally the workers compensation lien and outstanding medical bills are part of the workers compensation law and are paid per the law.<br><br>We take all reviews very seriously and appreciate the time that our clients take to respond to our request for reviews. I hope my response satisfies your concerns about the manner in which your case was handled and look forward to working with you and your family on any future legal issues.
