He may be good for a civil suit but not for anything to do with the police. He was a former prosecutor for the city and he will not go up against his buddies. Plus I wasted $2500 for his advice which was nothing.you also have to ask yourself why he moved so many times and yet he returned to Sarasota.

Mr Fayard was amazing to work with and couldn’t be happier that we chose him to represent my husband. We live in CA and even from the distance he got us the outcome we hoped for, communicated clearly and helpfully. Would totally work with him again!

A big "Shout out" to Michael Fayard my grandson's attorney. My grandson was facing 20 years in prison for an accident he was partially responsible for down to one year. Michael is a man of few word but he sure got what appeared to be the impossible accomplished.

This attorney gave me bad advice cost me $13,000 as of right now due to his bad advice on top of it. He did absolutely nothing but get me deeper in debt. This man is as dishonest as the day is long. Do not hire this attorney at any cost elsewhere. He never returned text messages. I would Go for extended periods of time never hearing from him and when you did try to give him information, he complain worst Attorney I’ve ever used and I have to have to file a complaint with the Florida bar because of him he’s done nothing but caused me financial difficulty. He’s destroyed my credit DO NOT HIRE HIM ! I now have to hire another attorney to do what he could not do! I now have to file a complaint with the Florida bar because of the situation that this attorney got me into and he is completely responsible for this situation. I’m bad advice from him and here he is billing me for the problem he caused it’s insanity.

Terrible with communication. You’ll never here from him, he sells you one fee once hired he then changes it.

Michael Fayard is Terrible. I should’ve known right off the bat that he was not legitimate being that he has no paralegal he has no secretary and he shares a tiny office upstairs with another person. Sure he will give you me a free consultation on the phone and he actually sold me a good pitch he was hired and once he got my money in a Retainer then he didn’t return any of my calls, emails and txm. You look carefully there’s a reason why he has to practice in three states and Hawaii because he can’t get enough clients here in Florida or in any of the other states so he has to travel the world to lure people as he did me please do not make the same mistake I did. I only go to find out that he went to Hawaii on a case supposedly I think it was on a vacation with the money I gave him returns three weeks later I’ll need to tell me he can’t handle my case and he had me sign a Stip Which is a legal document saying that we can’t get along then he has your dad said he to charge me $700 after he told me he couldn’t handle my case and then he lied about the time he said he spent which in reality was only a 30 minute conversation after I gave him a $3500 retainer fee I ended up walking away with $1200 and I had to hire another attorney to start all over again pushing me back am I divorce back a month please don’t make the same mistake I did. STAY ANYWAY FROM MICHAEL FAYARD and save your money. I should’ve known right off the start will you call him and he answers on his cell phone he doesn’t have a paralegal and he doesn’t have a secretary he should lose his license to practice law.

Michael responded to my inquiry very quickly and honored his free consultation advertisement. His advice was thorough, honest and legally sound. Hopefully I’ll never be in need of this sort of representation again but if so I’ll definitely choose Michael.

I hired him after we had our consultation and he told me he would be more than happy to take on the case. I gave him $1500 and he said he would contact me back in a week or so, he never contacted me again until I called his office almost daily and finally asked for a refund he then finally called me back and told me he’s not going to refund me and He can’t take on my case and proceeds to send me a an invoice for $2387 for work he never did. I just sent a complaint in to the Florida bar association and hoping he can’t do this to anyone again! PLEASE PLEASE do not give him a single dollar he is corrupt.

Michael Fayard was awesome to work with. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my case. I was on the verge of getting my license suspended for six months and also facing a criminal charge against me but he was able to get my charge reduced down.
